Meanwhile, back in the village, dad and mom are having a little chat about how much they've improved since they started training. They're both pretty excited about the fact that they're going to be able to get away with stealing from the grange again. But dad's got a plan: he's going to get one of the thieves out of the village and tell everyone that the thieves from the Lin family have come to steal from the village again. He'll pretend to be furious when he gets back, and then the whole village will think that the Lins are stealing again. The whole village is going to freak out, but dad says he'll just have to deal with the little girl.
