In this chapter, we learn that the students in the class of 2016 have defected from the "Internal Association" to the "Student Council" led by Chennan. This is a major blow to the internal association, because it means that the "bad students" will no longer be able to compete with the "good students" who have been internalating since their senior year in high school. The students will now have to support Chennan's side against the "Bad Students" in order to get into the top of the class. The student council will tutor the students at home if they fail again in the upcoming exam, and the president of the school council will go to the student's home to tutor the student if he fails again
