He is now a member of the student union, and he has been competing against other students for the honor of being a member. He has been beaten by a girl named Ao, who is now his rival. He tells Ao that he has some personal matters that he needs to handle, and that everyone should leave the area. Ao is unconscious, and the chapter ends with the narrator asking the audience what they would like to hear in the next chapter.
