About This Chapter
This chapter opens with the narrator lamenting the state of affairs in the country. He tells us that the authorities have searched the bodies of a number of conspirators and found a "unique mark" of northern minorities in the state. He says that it was a shame that jinzhong had "colluded with the enemies" to survive. The narrator says that they must now fight against the barbarians to defend the nation's "national dignity." He tells the audience that he wants to "change the dynasty" . He explains that he used to trust huan pavilion so much that he doesn't even want to think too much about it. He asks the audience to promise him that even if he gets hurt, he won't betray him. He also says that he has other ideas that promise that he will never cheat him, but how could he bear to let him get hurt
