Hinomaru and his men have come to take control of the country, and they want to make sure that they are the ones to take over. First, they want him to attend a tea party, where he will be able to gain the title of "court noble" . Before he can go to the party, however, he has to do a lot of things that are not appropriate for a royal party, such as wearing a loincloth and posing naked. He's worried that he's not good enough to be a court noble, and he wants to get him to behave properly at the tea party.
