In this short scene, we are introduced to Dr. Bledsoe and his patient, the Duchess of Cambridge. The Duchess is in a bad mood, and the doctor tries to calm her down by telling her that she is not going to be able to eat much of anything, and that she should relax and be gentle with her patient. She tells him to be gentle and not to be too hard on the patient, as the patient is biting him too hard
