The chapter opens with a soliloquy in which the narrator laments the fact that he cannot sleep without his fiancee. He tells her that he misses her so much that he has to go back to his mother's house. He asks her to stay with him for a bit longer, but she refuses to do so. She tells him that she has not been to her company and that she does not care about him at all. The narrator then goes to the headquarters of the feng group, where he sees the couple walking hand-in-hand. He comments that the couple will soon get married. He then shows the couple around the company and tells them that he loves them and wants to marry them soon. He says that he wants to go for a walk and then get to work. He wants to know when they are willing to marry him. She is willing to accept him, and he can prepare a marriage proposal. He warns her not to follow her, as love is miraculous.
