In this chapter, we learn that Caius is sacrificing herself in order to summon the evil spirit of the fallen star. Caius tells us that he knows how to seal the formation of evil spirits, but he doesn't have the power to do so. He says that he'll use his power to protect Caius from the evil spirits. Finally, Caius asks who the owner of the treasure is, and he's still not sure who he is. He's not sure if he belongs to a righteous sect, or if he just wants to keep the treasure for himself. He tells Caius that he can lend the treasure to him when Caius recovers from his illness, and Caius can use it to cure his illness. He asks Caius if he wants to see him that badly, but Caius won't let him see him like that. He also tells him that he hasn't yet come to Caius to ask for the treasure, because Caius has other things to worry about.
