The young general and the minister are waiting for each other in the fog. The minister tells the young general that he has finally found his wife and that the two of them will soon be separated. When the two men see each other, they are shocked to find that the minister has also come to find his wife. They are both shocked to learn that the man they thought was dead has returned to life. The two men begin to argue about the meaning of friends. The young man accuses the minister of deceiving him with an illusion and of stopping him from resurrecting his dead husband. The man responds by saying that the hole in the wall is about to collapse and that he will bring the rear of the wall up so that no one will be able to leave. He tells the minister that he wants all of the men buried with his side. He asks the minister why he still wants to mess with him. He says that he treated him like a friend, but the minister tried to stab him in the back, pretending to be the man who killed him. It is the minister who took him as his friend, and the young man blames the minister for taking advantage of the situation.
