About This Chapter
The next morning, Ming and Caixuan are still in their daze, and Ming asks why they haven't eaten breakfast yet. He's sure they're still in love with each other, but he doesn't know how to break the curse. He also asks why a living god knows about the curse, since he's heard that it's a curse that's been passed down from one generation to the next. The two men decide to leave Ming alone, but Ming notices that they've both gotten drunk the night before, so he sneaks in to see what's up. He asks if they did anything wrong, and they both admit that they were too drunk to do anything wrong. Ming leaves a note for Caixin, but the smell of alcohol still lingers on the men's clothes, so they decide to get out of the room. Ming says he'll knock on the door to see if he can find his girlfriend, but she's already gone, and he can't find her.
