Back at the palace, King Henry is still looking for a remedy for his mental illness. He's got a bunch of herbs that he's been using to treat his insomnia, but they're still not healing him. The doctor rummages around the room until he finds something else he needs to treat King Henry. It turns out that the herbs have medicinal properties, but their effects are really weak if you're using them in their "natural" state. So the doctor uses this device to make a cooling oil that's supposed to help the patient cool down.
