Back at the school, Mariana is getting ready for her morning snack. She's got a book in her hand that she'd like to borrow, but she doesn't want to be influenced by it. Mariana asks if she can borrow the book just in case she wants to touch it, but Mariana says she can't, because there's still "unknown magic hiding inside" . Mariana and Mariana go off to eat breakfast, and Mariana tells Mariana that she heard that Mariana wants to go back to work at her brother's place today. Mariana says that's okay, since she's already used to her new schoolmates. Mariana is excited to see what school looks like, since it's only been a couple of days. She says she'll show Mariana around the place, and then they'll head back to Mariana's school. Mariana eats some fried food and wonders where her brother came from. She wonders if he's wearing his clothes, and wonders if the place is empty. Mariana mumbles that she has a magic book with her in it, and she wonders if it'll help her find her missing brother. Mariana tries to get Mariana to tell her why she was talking to a stranger, but the girl says that she was told not to talk to strangers.
