The next morning, huan and Mingyu talk about how Mingyu is different from the old Mingyu. Mingyu says that she's just there to see if she managed to anger Grandpa into sickness. He's not jealous or envious of her, he says, and he hopes that it doesn't affect his impression of her. He says that he went overboard just to show Mingyu that he has her back, and that she knows that huan is her father's. He tells her that he'll be having dinner with her when huan comes back from his trip, and she says that they'll have a good time when he's back. She says she'll stop when she and huan get a divorce.
