In this chapter, we learn that the police received a message from a company called "c-1 holding company" that contained an encrypted message. The message contained a "pseudo address," which means that the message was sent from someone else's address. The police are trying to figure out who sent the message, but they don't know if the person who sent it is the same person that sent the earlier message, or if the message is a new one sent by someone else. If it's a new prank, the police will file a lawsuit against the culprit.
