Miss Jessell tells her that everything she does is targeted at her, and she knows that she wants revenge on Jessel for everything he's done to her. The only thing that matters is that Jessel's first project has gotten the support of the Stock Exchange, and it's clear that he bribed the stock exchange executives to set up the new company.
