The Underground Man tells the Underground Man that he has to tell him something. He's found a patient with a severe bleeding and needs a blood transfusion. He needs to get to the transfusion center immediately. He also needs to find out what happened to his fiancee. He wants to know if she's broken up with him. He asks her to call him directly. He tells her that he heard from his mother that her family had a scandal about her husband. Her family forced her to get married when she'd been young so that she wouldn't be associated with the outside world. The scandal was that her husband was having affairs with a supermodel and a model. Her mother was furious and took him to Italy. Her husband was brought back from Italy because the family wanted to find an heir for their son. It's probably because of his family's affairs that he's so twisted.
