In the middle of the prayer, Little Em'ly realizes that he has switched bodies with the king. He asks if he has a fever, and the doctor tells him that he does not have a fever. He then realizes that the doctor is lying, and wonders why he is dressed the way he is. He tells the doctor that he cannot bear to hand over the body of the dead man to someone else. The doctor is shocked, and he asks if the fever is caused by him, and if it is because he is sensitive. He is shocked again, and asks the doctor why he pinches his nose. When the doctor says that he wants to kill him, the doctor explains that his uncle asked him to wake him up.
