The next morning, Little Mo'ly comes out of her room to find that the meeting has been canceled. She's worried because she hasn't seen her father in a few days. He's been in the hospital, and everyone is worried about his health. She doesn't know what's happening with her father, but she's not worried about the company. She just wants to go out and have a good time. The next thing she knows, she hears that her father is fighting with the young master. She thinks it's because she was pampering her a little bit, and that she forgot where she'd been. The young master and the young mo'ly fight, and she thinks they're just fighting because they've forgotten where they belong. She asks if she was aware of her feelings for him, and he says she was. This is a world where only looks matter, he says. She was confident because of her long hair, but now she needs something "beyond her means" .
