In this chapter, we learn that the new thief, sukeroku, and his boss, Zizi, have been caught. Zizi and her sister, Milady, are overjoyed to see each other. Milady tells her sister that she is the only one who can pull off the robbery, and Milady is so happy that she can introduce her to her sister. She tells Milady that she has never heard anything so stupid, and that she must not tell her that it makes her feel alive any longer. She says that she does not have a choice, but that Yotaro must tell him to "get the shut-up bitch." Milady thanks the audience for coming to see her, and tells them that she will change her ways. She promises that if they do not forgive her, she will "cry your way out" of it.
