The next morning, Soji sends a text message to say that he'll be late for class, but he's going to go to Soji's house anyway. When he gets there, he tells Soji to kiss her good-bye. Soji doesn't say anything, but then he tells her to kiss him bad-bye, too. So she kisses him, too, and then she tells him that she'll kiss him again when she's done kissing him.
