The narrator tells us that he's heard that his brother doesn't like to have a crush on anyone. He says that even if he wanted to, he wouldn't be able to get over his crush because he'd be too old. He's on patrol duty, though, so he'll have to wait until he gets back to school before he can meet up with his crush. The narrator says that he can't wait to get to know his crush, because he hasn't been in touch with her in a long time. He tells her that he wants to hold her, but that he knows she'd hate him if he did. He wants to kiss her, he says, but he knows that she won't love him if she did. She says that she's changed into her new clothes, so she'll just have to hold him for a little while. She tells him that he looks good in his new clothes.
