In this short scene, we are introduced to Dr. Manette, who is conducting a sexual experiment on a young man named kouichi. He tells the young man to lie down on the ground and rest, as he is about to perform a sexual test on him. The young man, however, does not seem to want to participate in the test, and so the doctor leaves him to his own devices to perform the test.
