It's morning, and Caius is trying to wake up the sleeping Titan. He's worried that he's going to be eaten alive by the monster. He tries to get the monster to stop eating him, but the monster won't stop biting him. Caius tries to calm him down by telling him that it's his fault that the monster is in danger, and that he still hopes that Caius will save him. But the monster doesn't seem to be calming him down, and he starts to freak out.
