In this chapter, we learn that Caius isn't the only one who's worried about his "highness" . He's also worried about the fact that he doesn't have the power to rule over the rest of the world. Caius tells us that he's not worried about that, because he has a plan: He'll find a woman who can love him, and he'll make sure that she's willing to marry him. In other words, Caius is going to find a way to rule the world without Caius's approval.
