The scene opens with the Titan's bride-to-be, Kobijinoku, entering through a shallow entrance. The Titan and his wife have just had their first sexual encounter. The two of them are in the middle of having sex when Caius interrupts them. Caius squeezes his way into the woman's stomach and squeezes harder and harder until he squeezes so hard that he "squawks" and "squishes" his way out of her stomach. He tells his wife that he's going to have sex with her again, and she's all, "I'm going to get pregnant" . She's so excited that she wants Caius to "become thrust pregnant" with her child. She says she'll have sex again, but she doesn't want him to "cum inside" her again. She wants to be a "balanced partner" for Caius. She tells him that she'd like to be able to " satisfy" him with her physical needs, so that Caius can satisfy his sexual desires. She also says that she needs to be more "active" in her relationship with Caius so that she can satisfy him.
