In this chapter, we learn that the Titan's bride and the Prince are going on a pre-marital excursion to a new villa. The Knight escorts the couple, but they're not going to the new villa as planned. They're going instead to the border city of Apheine, which is about as far away from the city as you can get. The narrator tells us that there are a lot of people in the city, and that's why they can't find the guy they need to find. He also says that the city was built so that the people who live there will be able to find the information they need easily. This means that they'll have a better chance of finding the man they need.
