About This Chapter
In this chapter, Caius explains that he sells food and ingredients in the marketplace, and that he has never seen the beast men before. He tells the audience that he is a merchant and that his son is a northern titan. Caius says that the northern titan is said to have white skin as snow, which means that Caius's son is probably his sister's child. He explains that before they trade, he would like to ask Caius why he is trying to get his hands on the raw raisa fruit. He says that there are few people who still want to buy the raw fruit, because it tastes terrible. He adds that it was a request from a long-eared man who had consumed the raw karina fruit. The man's body is not strong enough to withstand the karina's poison, so the man asked Caius to find the raw risa fruit so that he could nullify the poison.
