In the middle of the fight between Lin and Dong, the leader of the Ming clan comes out of his hiding place and greets the two young men. He tells them that they are too strong for him to stop them, and he apologizes for being unable to do so. He says that he wants to stop the fight, but he doesn't have the power to do it. The Ming clan is proud of having another young man with such talent as Dong. He thanks Lin for stopping Dong and says that if he hadn't, many Ming clan members would have died. He wants to punish Dong for his actions, but the Ming leader says that Dong isn't a vicious person, and that being able to fight against him means that he's got great potential, and it will benefit the Ming Clan greatly. He also says that the day of Ming clan glory will come soon.
