In this chapter, the young lin tries to convince his mother that he is the strongest person in the family. He tells her that he will do his best in the upcoming competition, and he will win the first prize. His mother, however, is not so sure. She tells him that his father is strict with him, and that he has lost the family's face in the past because of his strictness. She also tells him not to mention his father's name in the competition.
