Lin Dong and the gang are walking through the abandoned county when they bump into a giant beast. It's probably an ancient ancestor of the monster they're looking for, but it doesn't seem to recognize them. They've been walking for hours and haven't seen any treasure. Lin says that the monster knows that he's a tough guy to deal with, so it's just leaving. They find a pavilion on top of a hill with a strange wind protecting it, but there's no one there to get a nirvana pellet, which is a magical substance that only the elite can refine. The only people who can get this magical substance are the elite, so why can't they get it?
