In this second part of the story, Cai Ming-liang learns that the two families, the Quin and the chang, plan to use their children as guinea pigs in order to test whether they are able to control the souls of the heavenly beings. He also learns that they have placed six people in the heavenly realm who have attained the realm of the half-step spirit, which means that they are ready to kill anyone who tries to test their control over the heavenly body.
