In this chapter, the "spirit sword sovereign" explains that his power is only a small part of the "virtue armguard" . In order to reach his full potential, he needs to "assemble all pieces" of his power. He explains that he has four of these in the "wan jian" sect, and the rest should be in the same place. He tells the boy that he will teach him one of his martial arts techniques, called "the will of illusion." In ancient times, the emperor often left his will in his own works, or articles, which could then be used by later generations to communicate with future generations. He says that this technique is called "perishing mountain," and he will use it to release the "infinite illusion."
