About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that the children of the sun have reached the center of the universe, and that they are ready to leave. They are now in the "portal of transfigurability good" , and the "incal" will need them all. The darkness will strengthen the inner monsters that feed on the terror of the humans. The incal tells the children that their inner violence is a reflection of their "primordial creative energies" . They enter the second circle and thank the incal for what he has done. He tells them to keep their fears locked inside. He says that he needs them all, but that they must not let the crazy machine blast them to cinders. They must not merge into their unity, he says, but they must push through the heart of darkness. The core of darkness was made by light, he tells them, and they are the seeds of the new world. He asks them to allow him to become one of them with his pure consciousness.
