Meanwhile, back on the Golden Planet, we learn that the city has been destroyed and that a giant black egg has appeared from behind a dying sun. The narrator tells us that the black egg is a political trick and that Raimo has promised that he would be back with his evidence. He says that the baby must be thrown in the garbage and that they must arrest the black eggs and exile them to the prison planet of aquaend. Raimo is still powerful, he says, but they have a more powerful ally who is more powerful. He calls for the endoguards to arrest the eggs and send them to prison.
