In this chapter, we learn that the monster has been "mutated" into a new form, and that this new form is called the "black incal" because of its black color. We learn that this is because of the fact that the "incal" has been given to the monster by the "Emperoress" , who is the "master" of the "human empire" . We also learn that "the sun, the ga, the galaxy" are all lost because of this "triumph of the human race" : "it's him / He is responsible this misery !" . In other words, the monster is responsible for everything that's happened to humanity in the last ten thousand years.
