Dr. Rivers is in the middle of treating a patient when he hears a knock on the door and realizes that it's his daughter-in-law, who has just arrived at the emergency room. He realizes that she's there to save his life, and he rushes out to find her. He tells her to get help for her father, who's having a heart attack. Rivers realizes that the girl has saved her father's life.
