The narrator tells us that he's at the swimming pool with Erika and Natsuki. He's happy that they're back on the court, but he also feels a little bad that they didn't get tickets to the match because of his leg injury. He tells them that they should have had a duel to cheer up the injured man, since it's been a while since he played. The narrator also tells them about the chlorine smell in the water, which makes them feel a little uncomfortable. He says that he and Erika have never been in the pool with other people in public before, so it'd be awkward for them to take off their clothes. Erika says that she'd like to stop staring at them all the time, but the narrator says that's too scrawny.
