This chapter's epigraph is from a speech that James Bond delivers at the end of Act IV, Scene 1 . It's from the speech he gave at the beginning of Act I, Scene 2 . The speech begins with the words "normal new normal" and ends with the line "shake erika" . That's right, it's the same speech we heard at the start of Act II, Scene 3 . In other words, this is the speech that we've been waiting for all along. It starts off by saying that this is a normal place to be, but then it goes on to say that this place isn't normal at all, because there's nothing normal about it.
