In this chapter, we learn that Shueisha has turned into a "spare key" for her boss, and that she is helping him with his work. She is jealous of his love for her, and she tries to put the key on a necklace so she won't lose it, but she can't, because she keeps thinking about it too much. She tells us that everyone is wondering what the heck is going on between them outside of work, and one of the people at one of their drinking parties said that everyone was wondering about what the "hell" he is like "outside of work" .
