The scene opens with a flashback to the events of the previous chapter, in which Atsuko and Kenji are caught having an illicit sexual encounter. The flashback shows Kenji's reaction to the incident, which he describes as "twitching" and "worse than hers" . Kenji, however, is not the only one who is affected by the flashback, as the other women in the scene are also caught having sex with Kenji.
