He tries to talk to his boss, but he can't get him to stop drinking. Finally, he tells his boss that he wants him to be the next leader of the sales team. Mishima says that's impossible, because he was so drunk the day before. He also says that he doesn't want anyone else to be in charge of the next project because they'll all be drunk together.
