In the middle of the battle, a shadow soldier appears. It's none other than Ming-ling, and Ming asks where he's been. The shadow soldier says that he hasn't seen Ming in a long time. Ming asks Ming to wait for him at the front gate. Ming says that's fine, but he can't wait to marry Gui-Ceng. Ming tells him that the grudge between Ming and Qing-ling has caused a lot of innocent blood to be spilled. Ming reminds Ming that if he makes Ming look bad, the two families will all be at war.
