He tells Tan that he was dying the day before, and that he knew he was going to die. He sighs, and the doctor breaks down, saying that he is going to be killed soon. Tan tells the doctor to stop treating him, and to rest, because he is still injured. He asks why the doctor is so obedient, and Tan tells him that he seems to be acting pitifully.
