The young man then asks the woman if she has ever had a drink, and she replies that she has never had one. He then tells her that he has found a ring hanging from a bar that he used to hang out with, and that she is the "most special" to him. She tells him that she met him at a bar and that they slept together as gigolos at the bar. She then asks him if he can help her treat her brother, and he replies that he can, but that he cannot sell himself. She asks if he is the founder of the shengweiisi hospital, which she says he is, but he says that since he has taken over the affairs of her brother's, he cannot get involved either. He tells the woman that he is not alone, but has a boyfriend, and sends her home.
