The demon tells the girl that she is his maid, and that he has come to tell her something important. She wants to protect the humans, but he tells her that even if he were to die now, he would not even be qualified to protect them. He says that a loser will not inherit the spirit of the hero, since he will not be able to bear the pain that the hero caused him. He tells her to try to remember the pain, and he promises to help her. The kid is still asleep, and the demon says that he is a sinful man who allowed the girl to get hurt. The demon asks the girl if she is the Hero of the First-Generation, and she says that since she is under his protection, she must be his guardian. He asks if she could be the Hero who suppressed the wars between the three realms. The girl says that she could not be, since the Hero is up against the Hero. She says that the Hero looks like he cannot let her live. He is very powerful, she says, and so she asks if he is trying to escape, since when did he do that? He says he has seen many times, and has even seen the Hero himself.
