It's hot outside, and the water is too deep for the two of them to get out of the water. They're both freaking out because they were just trying to scare off the cat and the demon. They can't figure out how to get back into the water, and they're not sure if they'll be able to find their pocket watch. The water is cold at night, so they've got no point in looking for it, but the owner of the watch is insistent that they find it. They look around for a while, and finally find it, back in the owner's hands.
