It's morning, and Hiroyuki has returned to his room. He's happy to see him, and he's even more happy when he sees that Hiroyuki is in love with him. Hiroyuki tells him that the night before, Hiroyuki had told him how he had hugged her, and that he'd even gone so far as to tell her that it was the same thing. Hiro thinks that's a little weird, because Hiroyuki didn't say hello to a girl at an arcade when she was going out with someone else, and she's not Hiroyuki's friend. He asks Hiroyuki why he hasn't said hello to the girl he saw at the arcade, and when Hiroyuki doesn't respond, he asks him why. Hiro says that he saw Hiroyuki with another girl, but that she was cute and all. He wants to know how Hiroyuki could possibly have been attracted to another girl like that, when he already has a crush on another girl. He wonders if there are more card-board boxes in his room than there used to be, and if he can rent out his own room.
