The chapter opens with a conversation between the girl and her friend. The girl tells her friend that she's always wanted to be with her friend yubisaki, but that she was surprised when he kissed her hand. She wants to know what it means, and if he's okay. She tells him to come face her, and then she tells him that her friend has been coming over to see her friend kyouya. She says that she feels so much for him that she doesn't even know how much she loves him. She's going to be traveling abroad for a month, so she'll probably be back by spring break. She asks the girl if she knows how to use the sign language, and the girl says she does, and that she hopes to learn it while on her trip. She also tells the girl that itsuomi sent her a message to let her know that she would be staying with a friend after the wedding, and she says that's a good sign. She goes on to say that it's nice that they're staying at her friend's, because after parties, they usually meet people from the guests list, and this is the first time they've been staying at someone else's place since elementary school. She thinks that this is because yuki hasn't heard the word "ugly" in his life, and so he can't really feel anything but love for her.
