The void emperor tells the dragon emperor that he has come a long way since becoming the emperor. He tells him that he is excited to fight him again. The dragon emperor thinks that the void emperor is underestimating him. The two of them discuss the possibility of going to another part of the galaxy to continue their fight. The emperor says that he will change the rules of the martial arts so that the younger generation will compete against the older generation in an arena. If they win, he will serve them, but if they lose, he must make sure that they do not offend his continent. He will come back three days later to discuss the matter with the other academies.
