Izana and her father are finally able to get through to the other side of the moon. Izana wants to see what's going on with the people on the moon, and she asks if they still have a high-power generator. They tell her that the gauna destroyed the cluster ship, but they didn't have the means to do anything about it, so they're not armed. She tells them that she's seen a nest of gauna floating in the middle of the ocean, and that it's a warning to other base survivors to be on the lookout for the devil. She also tells them to release the ship and leave it to do whatever it is that it does best.
